Here's a French pastry, called a galette (kinda like a pie without a pan), made with fresh California peaches shipped here from Dinuba CA.

This is where I bought the peaches, Cash and Carry, FAA'A Tahitit. ;)

This was my first attempt cooking one on the WSM, looks like I had a couple of holes, cooked with locally produced lump for around 65 minutes at 325° dome temp.

Spices are quatre epices, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger (pumpkin pie spice)

My diabetic serving, those are 2" tiles, ...ummm, ummm good!

I always like seein' desserts on the grill! Personally, I haven't made anything yet... Thanks for sharing.

Whoa!! Pic of the week???

That just blows me away, I wasn't even thinking about that, ...I just like giving back to this forum because of how much I have learned here, since joining way back when I've gone from carbonizing food to cooking something edible.

Thanks to each and every one of you that I have gleaned tips, technics and info from, I thank you and believe me my family and friends thank you too.

Humbly,

Karl
