Hmmm. Put two collapsible legs on and eye bolts for hanging and all flat.

I've seen tables like that but the legs stuck thru and you could adjust the table for level with thumb screws, which I think Weber made.
Not sure about that one but that's a clean MH kettle.

Definitely homemade. I had a Weber model in the early 1980's which was similar, but shorter and no inlay. The two legs were not fixed, but adjustable to make it work on unlevel ground.
