The color of the tables contrasts with that of the lid and frame. Having that color on both sides, in my opinion, makes the whole grill more pleasing to the eye….

Those Sappy Walnut tables I had on my green lid 1000 aren't on a grill right now they're just being stored. Looking for a black Platinum lid for another 1000 build to put them on. That will be very good contrast and I think the best color to go with them. IMO. I may use my metallic black lid until I find a black Platinum lid

No, come to think of it. The 3000 came with a side burner and no flip down table. The 4000-5000 came with both.

I remember one time I installed both lower cross members on a Genesis 1000 in the next set of holes up on the frame before I realized it was wrong.
