Looks like it has an original style regulator and a adapter hose so you can run it with a small bottle or big bottle. Nice find!
Yes it does look to be in very good shape! Just needs a little cleaning.

Keep your eye out on the used market. I've picked them up for free.
If I wanted to go all out I would consider a metal or stainless steel utility cart. Unless you plan on transporting this Grill to different locations or travel

Something like this new or used would be nice.
I think the adjustable height would be nice also.
