I love CSR's, I love my 26" and I loved this cook

Half of them are in store bought rub and the other half are in our home made rub (spicy)

Could only sear a few at a time, so they came off in groups

I learned this cook from Robert T, but no way have I mastered it like Robert. But I was very happy with the results. My 2nd time too cook CSR's and my 3rd time to use the big 26

Bet your property taxes went up when you got that extra real estate:) I'm sure Robert T is proud of your work too, sure looks like you nailed it.

an' this is why I try not to come to the photo gallery in the morning: I've changed my dinner plan three time already. Rotisserie chicken, no wait: scallops and salmon, no, no CSRs! What to do?

Love those CSRs you grilled.
I'm starting to regret not buying the 26 at Home Depot that was a $225 clearance special last spring.
