CSR's on the 26"

I love CSR's, I love my 26" and I loved this cook

Half of them are in store bought rub and the other half are in our home made rub (spicy)

Look at all that real estate

Could only sear a few at a time, so they came off in groups

I learned this cook from Robert T, but no way have I mastered it like Robert. But I was very happy with the results. My 2nd time too cook CSR's and my 3rd time to use the big 26
