Its been awhile, have to apologize, I swear you guys are the best!Anyway, I'll start off with some CSRs that i did tonight and then some other stuff.
CSRs seasoned with Dizzy Pig Jamaican Firewalk and some Mcormicks pork rub.

Bout aN Hour in!

Thrown into a sauce bath after about 2 and a half hours.

Saint Pauls finest beans, they come in a foil tray, throw em right on.

Towards the end, searin and beanin!

My son Clay is a trip!

12 year old Jamiacan rum!

The weekend before i stayed on this lake with some friends.

And heres some ribs that fell apart at some point during this whole fiasco!
