Cooked for 2 hrs over Mesquite Wood!! At 165 I Braised w/Pineapple Juice, Brown Sugar, & Pineapple Chunks. Cooked to 205. Took em out of the Pan & put back on the Grill & sauced them w/Sweet n Sour Sauce. Served over Mashed Potatoes
