with the colder temps and no wind, i've been grilling on the deck, close (REAL close) to the kitchen patio door
two nights ago, a large sirloin was menu'd...
crash hot potatoes were also included...
Those were tossed in the oven at 400ºF until crispy.
Meanwhile, the steak tossed and turned on the CIGs of the OTG.
A few 'shrooms were invited as well.
Beef looks done...
so do the taters...
Served with sautéed carrots, everything was lovely!
Including the Pecan beer from Louisiana
