with the colder temps and no wind, i've been grilling on the deck, close (REAL close) to the kitchen patio door

two nights ago, a large sirloin was menu'd...

crash hot potatoes were also included...

Those were tossed in the oven at 400ºF until crispy.
Meanwhile, the steak tossed and turned on the CIGs of the OTG.

Monday's dinner started with Brussel sprouts, EVOO'd and kosher salt and pepper.

earlier, two rather long skinny Yams were peeled then tossed in the oven at 400ºF with the Brussels...

Then when everything was cooked, we ate like this.

These chops were spectacular!! I wanted another, butt they were all goooonnne ;(

Super cook as always Jim! I hope Dr. Peter Venkman doesn't see these pics, or he'd be proclaiming a "disaster of biblical proportions!"
 
Great lookin cooks Jim, well done. Not sure which one I would rather have.. maybe blend the two into a single meal? hehe
