Some wings 275-300 degrees for an hour finished with an asian glaze (not shown) Siracha,Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and honey

Ribs
the smaller ones are using Johnny Trig's method, the bigger ones were just sauced
both were 2.5-1.5-30(min), I will go down on the foil and probably temp too. 275 was a little hot, but they turned out OK
 
Rub-
Salt, Heavy on the pepper,cayenne, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, brown sugar not a lot)
Wood-
Hickory
I do not like hickory very much(even if I mix with another wood), apple has been my favorite

A mix of Hickory and Apple has been my go to wood choice lately also...
