Couple more mid week cooks!

Wow ...I think I missed the invite to the awesome mid week cooks that have been getting posted on here!! Wow!! Well here's my little contribution...not much!!

Marinated some thighs in Bernstines garlic and cheese dressing for a bit..dusted with Italian seasoning, garli and salt..few patty pans in butter and garlic ready for the grill!

Plated up with simple parm noodles...

And then Mexican nite...beans and rice getting happy!

I never seen rice done on a weber kettle. I have done it on the side burner but that easy.
