Went to a good friend's birthday party this weekend, got to play on his pellet pooper (this is an amazing BBQ)

Love the pork belly strips & the way you cooked them.

Sadly, my local Costco quit carrying pork belly. Never saw strips there.

You have a trusting friend. Does he know about you, firewood & grills?

Those wings sure look good & you gave him the grill! Nice.

Sorry to hear that Rich. Our Costco can't keep up with the demand for PBs. But this is cowboy country and lots of folks around here make their own bacon.
 
Some good looking cooks there Chuck. Looks like your yard recovered nicely from the drought. Sorry to see it's starting all over again, at least up on my end of the state.

It looks OK now, but in a month it will be a barren wasteland again :(

I'm not going to re-landscape until I'm ready to sell. My neighbor across the street just put $25K into his backyard landscaping, I know he's sweating another drought. Our lots are basically 7.5K and if you water a lot that size when they have water restrictions, you're looking at a $350 per month water bill......No thanks
