Costco Pork Belly Strips

First time I have seen Pork Belly at our Costco, all be it Pork Belly Strips

Some when here

It wasn't all work, there was some play today

Went to a good friend's birthday party this weekend, got to play on his pellet pooper (this is an amazing BBQ)

I gave him 1977, but not before I cooked wings for his party on it, good bye ol' friend

Sadly, my local Costco quit carrying pork belly. Never saw strips there.

You have a trusting friend. Does he know about you, firewood & grills?

Sorry to hear that Rich. Our Costco can't keep up with the demand for PBs. But this is cowboy country and lots of folks around here make their own bacon.

It looks OK now, but in a month it will be a barren wasteland again

I'm not going to re-landscape until I'm ready to sell. My neighbor across the street just put $25K into his backyard landscaping, I know he's sweating another drought. Our lots are basically 7.5K and if you water a lot that size when they have water restrictions, you're looking at a $350 per month water bill......No thanks
