Cornell chicken thighs!

Happy Saturday nite folks!! Though I'd give the Cornell chicken a try!

Quick post and not much going on...taters on the grill!

Added some boneless thighs dusted with poultry seasoning and no brine on these!

Lighted version!

Bout 3 baste's in..

Bout done!

And plated!

Sorry for the lack of vittles on this plate!...about 3 thighs into this meal it had occurred to me I never took my plated shot!!!

Ok was asked to think about outside Christmas decor today...thoughts on this idea..home depot Christmas pig..hung from a tee pee of sorts, above a kettle full of red Xmas lights?

Whatcha think?(somehow I think I am not going to get to try this but it's a thought!!)
