Corned beef and cabbage.

Well Im only half Irish, but Saint Paul takes it Saint Paddys day seriously, and since my dad passed on, I have to carry on the tradition of corned beef and cabbage, do it every year, and its always a hit.
Typical corned beef.

Thrown in a pan with some good beer.

Tried this stuff, not bad.

On for awhile with hickory and Stubbs.

Cut up and then thrown back in the hopper.

The concoction.

Bowled.

With corn beef I just go to fork tender, no temp.

cooked cabbage is nasty, to say the very least.... i'll eet a head of it raw, butt cooked.... toss it!

I throw it over the coals for about a half hour, its warm and crunchy but not cooked.
