Looks great Richard. I spent my Saturday practicing ribs for the first bbq competition in our area of the year. They turned out ok. A little overcooked for the judges liking. Will make some adjustments.

Yeah…as my posts tend to trend I totally agree with you about the pork roast! It’s my favorite thing to cook!
