Cooked Brisket Mixed with 80/20 GroundChuck Burgers

Last night I had a brain fart and posted this in the grilling section and now I can't figure out how to totally delete the post, any pointers??

Cooked a Packer yesterday. Most of the pics didn't out that great but here are a couple the did

Any how I saw an episode of DDD where a guy mixed cooked brisket with some 80/20. Figured I would give it a try.
A mixture of 2lbs chuck and approx 1 lb brisket

So how did they turn out. I know the episode you are talking about and the burger looked crazy good. Let us know.
 
Looks good Jon... Ok inquiring minds want to know? Did you smoke the brisket and then sear? Sear and then smoke! What's the deal? Fill us in!!
 
Yeah what's the idea of posting a burger that good looking and leaving us all hanging wondering how it tasted????? I bet in a past life you were a Spanish Inquisitor.
 
The burgers were outstanding!! My Wife really liked them a lot. These burgers will be made again the next time a make a brisket. I cooked the brisket in a pan so I had a lot of au jus, I will mix a little bit of that into the mixture and give that a try.
