Today was a beautiful day and Maribel suggested we do some steaks....

She started with prepping some ABTs

Set up the ABTs using this chicken legs holder. Had to put a drip pan in the bottom so the ABTs don't hit the grate. If I fully assembled the chicken leg holder it was to high for the kettle

My steaks were seasoned by the butcher. Of they go to the kettle
