Collard Bread-KFC-Matoes

Didn't know what to expect from "Collard Bread" but I knew I liked everything in it from the recipe, link below, so I gave it a shot. Since cooking for two, I 'cut' the recipe in half...added a diced of jalapeno and extra cheese on top just off the grill. Fantatic tasting dish!!! I added 3T of Franks Hot Sauce to the KFC batter...neighbor brought over 6 fresh matoes so I added a few slices with feta.
