So, I believe it is the little things that count, Jalapeno diced, fresh Garlic diced, nice green onions diced up with some fresh Cod from my Monger
Shrooms on with a little EVOO, fresh ground, a pinch of Kosher, and about four tablespoons of butter in the CI
Deglazed CI with Chardonnay now let it simmer for a few to reduce and then inside to rest for a few
Cod which marinated with the listed ingredients with a little EVOO and Chardonnay for about two hours, now on the OTG
A little sunthin sumthin to ward off the 24 degree chill, boy I miss summer!
Done and heading in
On the table with some of the CEO's roasted potatoes and salad, your plate. Enjoy
