Cod & Shrimp Taco's

Had a taste for fish taco's. Got some Cod and Shrimp, seasoned Cod with McCormick's Seafood Rub and Arizona Dreaming. Shrimp got EVOO, and Garlic and also S&P. Let them marry for a few hours(no prep pics). On to the gasser(not Weber unfortunately) for a quick cook.

Shrimp on next.

All finished

Made some broccoli slaw with ranch/sriracha, cilantro, avocado, chips and cole slaw. Turned out pretty good. Need some of TonyRs green sauce.

Tim those tacos are perfect. Nicely done my friend!!!
There's a red sauce Maribel makes that maybe you will like. I'm going to look for the recipe..

Broccoli Slaw

You could use the crowns but I use leftover stems
Couple of heads of Broccoli sliced like match sticks on the slicer
2-3 green onions
Celery Seed(to taste)
Ranch Dressing (depends on how much slaw you have)
2 heads of Broccoli yields about 3 cups of slaw
Sriracha(to taste)

They do sell pre-sliced Broccoli slaw at the fresh produce section of the slaw and it's ok but I find that it's dry. Not hard to make yourself though.
This slaw I made contains no top though. We had the crowns yesterday for dinner, I just sliced up the stems for today.
