That's cool info I never seen before. And I would add that any like sized WSM lid will fit on that same kettle ( if you need more head-space).
Biggest turk I did on my 22.5" OTG was a 22# and that touched the lid, after I bought the 22.5" WSM I use the lid for more room on a big kettle turkey.

Great info. I have found that a 12# bird is perfect for our needs and it fits with no problem on my 26er.

Thought about turning a 20+lb turkey on the gas rotisserie, but I'm not sure about the fitment just yet.

I am going to do a 14lb turkey on my Genesis 1000 rotisserie. I really don't expect any problems at all. On a 20 pounder, I think I would be equally worried that it would be too much for the rotisserie itself. You better make sure that sucker is perfectly balanced. I would like to know how it works out.
