Cleaned and oiled my Performer's Thermoset table

Normally I grab one of my wife's many cleaning products for this task, but thanks to Chad's post, in the gas grill forum, I gave Dawn dish detergent a try.

About a tablespoon of Dawn, some warm water, swirled around, left sit for a couple of minutes, then brushed with an old toothbrush.

Rinsed and dried.

A few scratches showing up.

So I used my old trick of applying a little mineral oil all over, wiped off very well, and it looks like new.

My truck should look so clean and good!

I don't use my table as a cutting board and raw food never touches it so I use Turtle Wax Ice spray. It cleans up so nice it's not even funny, and any sauce that spills comes off with just a touch of water.
