Chuck Eye's, a first for me.

So I went to the store pick up some steaks for Sunday dinner. I've been seeing Chuck Eye's posted here for long time and I never have been able to find any.
I'm a the supermarket and I was looking at some NY strips and looked to my left... CHUCK EYE'S! I nearly knocked over some poor woman who was next to me.

Three of us for dinner and three in the pack, perfect.

Cranked up some RO Lump

Just S&P on the Chuck Eye's ready to go on. Zucchini & onions cooking in the CI skillet.

At the turn

Sun going down...

Resting

Zucchini & onions done with grated Gruyere.

Plated with shrooms & oven roasted potatoes.

My first Chuck Eye, it was tasty!
