Thanks ppl! First try at this coarse grind...and we dident add anything in the ground beef.(Just salt/pepper on the patties) And with the slow reverse they were really relaxed and soft. Could end up in disaster but add some love when you flipp em and it worked out. Actually a bit to big aswell. I ate 2/3 of mine. Ohh and the Prosciutto was done in the oven untill slightly crispy.
