I got another easy one here. I got the last of the P/C's out of the freezer and dusted two with sweet seduction and the others with tatonka dust. The chimnet had a nice glow, man it so relaxing standing around gazing into a fire.
Just four little piggies headed towards the flames.

there's a farm store chain that makes these western fries, dayyum they're good. plate turned out pretty good considering this was a last minute quickie throw together supper
I didn't totally cover the chops with either rub, I didn't want to over do it, I do get carried away with this stuff sometimes and I do actually enjoy the flavor of meats. Take care see you all soon!
