Chops 'n Brats

Sounds like a good name for a decent eetin' joint, "Chops 'n Brats"
two days ago, a coupla nice thick pork chops were grilled up for dinner on the 26"OTG
...after a day in marinade....

closing the grill to continue cookin', my Weber fell apart :eek:

these were very tasty cuts... served with Delicata squash, spuds & George's favourite trees.

then yesterday, big ol' brats were put to the cast iron grates of the 22"OTG

mandoline sliced thin sweet onions were originally tossed into a CIS,
butt then decided to toss'em right on the grill

those brats sitting on super-duper fresh whole wheat rolls that MELT with each bite!

Seriously!? Your grill collapsed while cooking, and you still turned out those beautiful chops!? I bow to you and to those perfect brats! Happy thanksgiving!
 
Jim, you are the chop master! Now the brats have created a problem for me...if I have 2 of John's brats for breakast, and 2 of yours for lunch...no room for turkey!! :cool: hahaha Happy Thanksgiving!
