Sounds like a good name for a decent eetin' joint, "Chops 'n Brats"
two days ago, a coupla nice thick pork chops were grilled up for dinner on the 26"OTG
...after a day in marinade....
after a few minutes on a Weber
closing the grill to continue cookin', my Weber fell apart
still isn't fixed... back to the pig chops
these were very tasty cuts... served with Delicata squash, spuds & George's favourite trees.

then yesterday, big ol' brats were put to the cast iron grates of the 22"OTG
mandoline sliced thin sweet onions were originally tossed into a CIS,
butt then decided to toss'em right on the grill
