Chops & My Rockwood Lump Charcoal Review (sorry, long post)


 
another great dinner and breakfast combo Bob!
you know, I picked up a package of fresh okra, yet to do something with it... things here are still not real normal...
hopefully this weekend everything can get ironed out.

Eggs look as GOOD as those chops, something on this weekends menu...

Neil, in retrospect maybe it was dumb of me posting about a local product.
But it's also available in a few Kansas City stores, and could go more nationwide in the future.

Great post Bob. Send me a bag of that Rockwood lump. Chops and everything else look great; your pictures are beautiful! Grilled okra? Count me in!
 
Excellent cooking and phots as usual Bob. Those chops are looking fine! Looks like some pretty darn good lump there too!
 
Looks like some quality Lump. The problem i have around here is that i get a TON of dust in the bags. And if im lucky the bag contains 50% medium chunks rest is between medium and dust. Nuff about that. The Cook is a really nice one. Bet it tasted just as good. Ohh and the pics arent to shabby eather. :cool:
 
Great looking chops and taters , bob. I may never see that lump here in Boston , but the info is interesting all the same.
