then served with yams sliced ala Hasselback and a roasted Carnival squash
with Morgan's favourite brew
then today, got the old red three wheeler out with the smoker plate in place for a rack of beef ribs...

still a ways to go before they're done...
with another hour or so to go, got the WSM set up inside the PV to cook some Cornell Chicken
