Indirect/indirect thighs and grilled corn


They got a little dark and were a bit spicy since I used a bit much of this:


Pretty tasty though. Made some chipotle mayo for the grilled corn.

Kurt, I wouldn't recommend it on chicken for most kids. I put too much on....some on underneath the skin and a good coat on top, thinking more would come off during flipping. The wife said it was too spicy, but said I just used too much. It wasn't near as spicy when we used it for Mahi tacos.
