Chinese Pork Chops

Decided to try Chinese Pork Chops. Marinated for 7 hours, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, ginger, garlic powder etc. Also grilled Eggplant with Spicy Asian Dressing served with a nice spinach and tomato Couscous, sautéed in the kitchen and cooked indirect on the Weber. Everything was delicious. Topped it off with my crunchy sourdough garlic bread, done in the oven.

Getting couscous, spinach, tomatoes and spices sautéed in kitchen.

Couscous ready for the grill.

Getting the Eggplant going on grill.

Pork Chops are on. These are bone in pork loin chops about 3/4 inch thick.

Pulling the world famous (at least in my house) garlic bread from oven.

Plated and ready to eat.

Thanks for taking a peek. Sorry for a few fuzzy pic's. Still working on a camera upgrade.

Great looking plate Cliff!

There's almost enough garlic on the bread for my wife. If she sees this she'll be right over.:)
