The chili look great! We have 1 serving left here so I'll probably make up another batch this afternoon. My wife likes to pop in a package of hot dogs for chili-cheese dogs. We also use it for chili-cheese fries. YUMM!

I prefer my chili over rice too. When I was in the service we affectionately called it "Cheech & Chong".

I really like chili...a lot. But I'm not a fan of tomato chunks (think stewed/crushed). I actually pull them out and won't eat them. Funny thing is I like salsa and pico. Odd.
