Needed to do something quick and easy for dinner last night. Decided on Chili Mac.
Here are most of the ingredients. The meat is 2 lbs of ground sirloin. The fresh veggies are chopped onion, jalapeno and garlic. Used a cup of Beck's Sapphire in place of beef broth.

I mentioned "most of the ingredients" above. Here's one I forgot to mention. It's an important one too.

Browned the ground sirloin in my 7 quart DO. Used my Performer for this cook. Sorry about the steam.

Added the onion, jalapenos and garlic. Also added the dry seasonings. Cooked 5 minutes.

Added the beef and reduced liquid by half.

Added the tomatoes and simmered for another 5 minutes.

Added the pasta. I cooked that on my camp stove while working on the chili part of the cook.

Plated... I mean bowled.

Mighty tasty. Thanks for looking.
