Sometimes the simple meals are the best. For instance we had a pot of slow cooked beans with some leftover smoked ham for supper. Haha. Your Chilli Mac is a nice looking recipe and I love the roasted veggies.
I used ground turkey, 14 oz can no salt diced tomatoes, 7 oz can El Pato tomato sauce, 14 oz can kidney beans, and macaroni. I used chili seasoning, about 2 tablespoons, I made up instead of taco seasoning, its called Chili Mac right after all right?
