Chicken with roasted red peppers

The smell of peppers and chicken was wafting through my mind so I decided to cook some thighs in a Dutchy.

Started this meal by roasting some red peppers. I don't know about you folks but for me anything that starts like this is going to be good.

Dredging some chicken thighs in seasoned flour.

Browned the thighs

After thighs browned added butter, a rough cut onion and 4 smashed garlic cloves

Deglazed with some Chardonnay

Added more wine, the browned chicken, mushrooms, chicken stock and the strips of roasted red peppers

Put the Dutch Oven in the grill to finish

Plated over a bed of rice with some salad and bread.

This dish was so good. The roasted red peppers add great flavor. Thanks for looking.
 
The plated pic is beautiful, indeed! My favorite part of the chicken is the thigh, and I love what you've done with those.
