Chicken rotisserie

Been a while since I posted a picture of a cook. Got a rotisserie attachment which I am loving. Yesterday whipped up a roast chicken dinner. Got a decent chicken from the butcher and gave it a spin. Served with veggies and tarragon cream sauce. Unfortunately my wife developed a migraine during the cook and had to go to bed, so ended up eating a roast dinner solo! But was delicious, nice and juicy. Skin didn't come out as crisp as I'd like except on the wings but will work on that. Gonna be good leftovers this evening!

How were the taters? I've never had much success with dripped taters, I'm guessing because my pit is too hot, but the hot pit is what makes the crispy skin
Yeah I think I need to get the pit a lot hotter. I had a full chimney of coals but still feels like need more heat. I ended up finishing the potatoes in the skillet whilst the chicken rested.
