Dunno how but the fog rolled in at 4p so don’t want to hover over the grill.

So we makeda home ground chicken Ragu!

Looks mighty tasty Brett. I'm a big fan of ground turkey in our pasta cooks as well as our tacos
Both healthier and less expensive than beef. We’ve really come to enjoy grinding our own. We know what’s in it and it’s always fresh. I ground some extra to make meatballs with for the coming week.

Lookin good, really good!
Super flavorful. Sautéing the ground chicken with the tomato paste really helps the flavors open up and it removes that raw tomato flavor. And all the chicken juices cook right back into the dish. Give it a try if you like ground chicken. You can’t tell the difference.
