Chicken Legs for Me &-My SRD

Cooked high heat on the WSM. Cooked at 300 to IT of 175. Sauced the last few minutes. Served with Corn on the Cob & Carrot Salad

Made 6 jars of my Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce

Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp of Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp of Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp of Honey
2 cups of Ketchup
2 Tbsp of BBQ Rub
2 1/2 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp of Liquid Smoke
Bring to a boil then let simmer 1 hour.
Makes 16oz.
To make my 6 jars I multiplied the recipe by 6. Enjoy Barb
