Chicken Kabobs

Chicken kabobs on Fire Wire skewers made up of chicken breast, red onion and assorted peppers seasoned with a McCormick Mesquite Marinade.

The kabobs were cooked indirect on Grill Mats around the Vortex smoking with apple.

At the end of the cook grilled direct over the Vortex to crisp them up a bit.

Chicken kabobs ready to come off the grill.

Nice looking cook Marty, I have the fire wire skewers but what advantage does the Grill Mats give you?, also looking into the vortex.

Grill Mats are nice for food not sticking to the grate as the Grill Mats are non-stick and also make for easier clean up, pretty slick that the Grill Mats are dishwasher safe!
 
Nice job Marty - bird skewers are great and yours look perfect. Tell me about the rice you served the kabobs on. It looks like it is kicked up a bit...
