Chicken jalapeno and bacon appetizer

Here is what I cooked over the weekend. First try doing this, sorry the second pic is blurry, the party had already started. I took boneless, skinless chicken breast and cut them into roughly 1-inch cubes, then I sliced jalapenos and put a slice on top of each, wrapped in about 1/3 strip of bacon, spiked with a toothpick and then topped with my sweet and spicy rub. I smoked them for about 2.5 hours @250. The smoke was rough because about 30 minutes in we got a torrential downpour which dropped the temp about 25 degrees, then another storm came through about 1.5 hours in. All in all they turned out well. They were gone in 5 minutes but I would have preferred a constant temp.
