That's an "oh my" fajita if ever. Excellent Nate. So you didn't pick up that free red kettle outta Oakland? It's only a 300 mile round trip, lol

Nate- What is burning in the top right corner of your grill? A small tree branch for smoke flavor? Your meal looks fantastic.

William, it's similar to Tony's. I got this recepie from a friends 85 year old mom. She didn't speak any English. I've had this recepie for about 20 years. I actually had to stand next to her and watch her make it since my friend was no good at giving correct quantities or ingredients. This is my favorite Mexican rice, and simple.

1. 3 tbs of oil (I use olive oil) in a sauté pan with 1 cup of rice.
2. Cook rice on medium heat to medium low until browned. Like Tony's.
3. Then add 1 clove of minced garlic, 1 3/4 cups broth (I use veg broth) and 1/4 cup pato.
4. When the liquids comes to a boil, turn heat down to simmer and cook until fluffy.

Should take about 25 minutes.
