Two chickens with simple brine. Would have added molasses but I was out.
Put in the brine bucket and into garage fridge overnight
Next day, dried off and ready to season
One seasoned with Johnnies Seasoned Salt and one with Webers Kick'n Chicken
Put on the WSM with blue Kingsford and apple wood chunks.
Good friend and resident food critic Lila. She thinks I cook the best barbecue on the planet.
Much better half making campfire potatoes (she's a Bengals fan. Someone has to be)
Surface temp and dome temp only off by three degrees. So much for that debate.
