Chicken Caprese

First I made a Balsamic Reduction Sauce with Honey & set aside
Grilled some Chicken Breasts set aside
Sautéed Red Onion & Garlic, added Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar, Thyme, Kosher Salt & Black Pepper
Added Chicken back to Skillet & added chunks of Mozzarella & Fresh Basil. Covered 5 mins to melt the cheese. Drizzled my Balsamic Reduction Sauce over the Top & served on a Bed of Pasta
