Since we are trying to eat a little healthier like more folks I grilled up some chicken to take for lunch at work for the next two weeks. I used Weber's Kick'N Chicken for the first time and I think I am really going to like it. For supper tonight we had pork tenderlion sandwiches and it was something I had growing up in Southern Indiana and now have my wife and family hooked on them.
Here is the tenderlions after being fried. They were pounded down, seasoned with S&P and then dipped in egg wash and then cracker meal
And this is how I like mine, Mustard, onion and lettuce
Cleaned, trimmed and seasoned with the Kick' N Chicken
On the Performer at 350°
And the finished product, cant wait to try one tomorrow for supper
