Evening folks...ducked out of work early today for "undisclosed" reasons and decided grilling was a necessity tonight!! Seasoned up some thighs in EVOO, webers kicken chicken and garlic and herb and a little white wine, taters with the garlic and herb, Pattys with plain ole S&P!

Started a little lump coals!! This cowboy lump has some nice large chunks tonight!

Little taters on the high rise...fresh Alaskan winter ale on tap!

After a beer or so I added some chicken!

After another beer I moved the chicken a bit closer...we wil call this "semi direct"

Pattys on the CI! Hit with some fresh crushed garlic!

Almost done!

Plated up!! Decided to switch to a Jameson and coke for dinner!

Clean up!!

I love clean up time!!!
