Chicken´n´taters

We did a filled B/S chicken breast with a potatoe cake.

Here we go:

Filling with a paste made of: Cheese/garlic/basil/salt/pepper.


Tied up:



Layered out in a CI pan.


....

Time to hit the grill:
Added some cream/salt/pepper to the taters. Let them go around 45 min indirect(untill tender)

Taters was great....But lost a bit to mutch of the filling in the chicken. Still a great meal!

And yesterday my inlaws took us out to THE fish place around here. Really liked tha seafood plate that we ordered. Only thing i cant down is those darn Clams. Over all a great evening.

Great meals! That was a beautiful potato cake, and that seafood meal was amazing. I thought you didn't like fish?

Edit: I just showed this post to Erin and she raised a question that I can't answer: what are the pink things with claws directly across the platter from the crawfish? Is that a type of crab?
