Cheesy Bacon Burger Slawsa Dogs

Ingredients for tonight’s dinner.


Put together and seasoned with Penzeys BBQ 3001. I also mixed about a half teaspoon of the
BBQ 3001 and some of the shallots with the burger.


Put on the Weber Performer using lump charcoal and a chunk of cherry wood.


When they were just about done I added some Colby Pepper Jack cheese to them.


Here they are finished!


My dog was garnished with horseradish mustard, sliced onion and Slawsa. We had some oven
baked fries to go along with the dogs.


Needless to say I am stuffed! I know it isn’t that healthy, but once in a while I just got to put
healthy in the backseat and march on.

With a dog that big you might want to rethink the size of the bun! That looks really really good!

Wow. I've got to try this! Those look mighty tasty. My great grandmother was a really good cook, and like she said, it's usually really good when you put a bunch of really good stuff together....burger, bacon, colby jack, dogs....did I miss something? What's not to love?!
 
Wow that looks good, I must get me some of this Slawsa stuff. Found a store picking some
up on the way home.
