Cheeseburger Night

There have been some super cheeseburger posts in the last couple of days. Here's one we cooked up after work tonight. Kind of simple but very tasty!

Kim made 1/3 pound patties. I started some frozen fries on one of the grills. Then I seared the burgers for 3 minutes a side on the other grill and then cooked indirect for 10 minutes and then added some cheese for about 1 minute and toasted the buns.

Everyone was happy! Thanks for looking! Tomorrow's Friday!

Those cheeseburguers looks so tasty, a colofull dish.
ÇNext Sunday I am going to do some hambuguers also, but I have never cooked them using indirect cooking...

One killer looking burger and great pictures. I'll take two burgers please, oh and do you have some yellow mustard?

There's nothing like a nice, simple burger. Those look perfect.
How'd the fries turn out? I've never done them on the grill and they look terrific.

Now that is a great looking cheese burger and I love the sides. Perfect summer dinner Robert, you and Kim did awesome.

The fries turned out really good. They had a little bit of a smoke flavor from the charcoal.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone!
