Been cooking on a Weber 22.5 pretty much my entire BBQ tenure. Just completed a Mini WSM build and joined up for info/tips. Little thing hold temp like a champ even on its first few cooks. I can see why these are such a hit on this forum.

This is a short video on the first seasoning of my build.

Thanks Bob! I did up some chicken thighs for the first cook. Having the heat source at the bottom is going to take some time to get used to. I am praying for no rain this weekend so I can fire it up again! I really want to do a butt on it.
