Has anybody tried this cowboy charcoal? It’s made through Duraflame. I tried it. It wasn’t bad not a lot of smoke. Lots of heat.

Not really a fan. It imparts a charcoal flavor onto my cooks. High heat or low, I can't get away from that charcoal flavor

When using my WSM 22, I have been going with a 2 to 1 ratio of Cowboy briquettes & B & B competition char logs. Unreal how long the beast can go with this combination.

I've been using it lately. It does impart a lot of charcoal flavor. I don't mind, especially when combined with Hickory or Apple, which I use a lot of. If I don't want the charcoal flavor, I use RO or B&B lump.
